In our experience, practices that proactively identify their own gaps and demonstrate a clear remediation plan are viewed much more favourably during inspections. Regulators focus on your commitment to improvement, not current perfection.

If an inspector reviewed your rotas and phone system logs for the past 3 months, would they find your practice was open 08:00-18:30 Monday-Friday without unplanned closures?

Include any lunch closures or training afternoons; only ICB-approved exceptions count.
