How long does the full policy review take?
Typically 4–6 weeks from start to finished library. The first two weeks are assessment and gap reporting. The remaining weeks are policy writing, quiz creation, and library setup. We work around your schedule — you do not need to set aside days for this.
What compliance domains do you cover?
All eleven domains that CQC assesses for GP practices: health and safety, infection control, information governance, clinical governance, medicines management, safeguarding, HR and workforce, patient experience, premises and equipment, organisational resilience, and access and inclusion.
What happens after the review is complete?
You receive all rewritten policies in My Practice Manager’s managed compliance library with automated review date reminders, version control, and staff read receipts. Your Pro subscription is included for the first year. After that, you can continue on Pro (from £540/year) to maintain the library, or export your policies and manage them however you prefer.
Can I just get individual policies reviewed instead of the full service?
Yes. Individual policy reviews are available at £25 per policy area. This includes assessment against current standards, a full rewrite if needed, and loading into your compliance library. There is no minimum order.
How does this compare to hiring a compliance consultant?
A traditional compliance consultant typically charges £1,000 or more for a policy review and delivers a Word document or PDF. Our service costs £2,300 for a more comprehensive engagement that includes gap analysis, rewritten policies, staff quizzes, audit templates, and a live managed library with ongoing reminders and version control. You get the expertise of a consultant plus the tooling to maintain compliance after the review is finished.
How does this compare to doing it myself?
You can absolutely do it yourself — that is what the Pro subscription is for. Many practice managers use the AI tools to generate and update their own policies.
